These terms apply when you use wearchutzpah.com or buy from us. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.

Chutzpah is a trade name of Sababa Ventures LLC, a Texas limited liability company. "We", "us" and "our" mean Sababa Ventures LLC.

Our Shipping policy, Refund policy and Privacy policy are part of these terms. Where one of them says something more specific than these terms, that policy applies.

Made to order. Each item is produced for you by our production partner after you order.
Prices are in US dollars. Shipping and any sales tax are shown at checkout before you pay.
Mistakes happen. If a price or product was listed in error, an item can't be made, or an order looks fraudulent, we may cancel the order and refund it in full, even after you've received a confirmation email.
Products, prices and offers can change or end at any time.
Changes and cancellations follow our Refund policy.

Every item is printed (or knitted) one at a time, so small differences from the photos in color, print placement and size are normal and aren't defects. Screens also show colors differently.
Some product photos are mockups made from our design files.
Transliterations and meanings on product pages are our plain-English guide to the Hebrew.
Please follow the care notes on the product page and label.

You confirm you're allowed to use the payment method you choose. Payments are processed by Shopify and its payment partners; we never see or store your full card number.

Discount codes come with the conditions shown with them, can end at any time, and can't be combined with other codes unless the offer says so.
Gift cards can be used only in our store, don't expire, and can't be exchanged for cash unless the law requires it. Keep the code safe: anyone who has it can spend it.

The designs, artwork, logos, photos and text on this site belong to Sababa Ventures LLC or are used with permission.
Buying a product gives you the product, not the right to copy, reproduce or sell the design.

When you post a review, photo or comment, you confirm it's your own and honest, and you let us use, show and share it (with the name you gave) in our store, emails, social media and ads, for free and without time limit.
We publish reviews whatever their rating, but we may remove anything unlawful, offensive, spam, or not about the product.
Ideas and suggestions you send us are welcome, and we may use them without owing you anything.

Please don't use the site for anything unlawful, place fake orders, try to break or overload it, or copy its content with automated tools.
If you're under 18, please use the site with a parent or guardian.
Links to other sites and social networks are there for convenience; we don't control them.

Our products are covered as our Refund policy says (a misprint, damage or defect reported within 14 days of delivery). The website itself is provided "as is", without promises that it will always be available or error-free.
As far as the law allows, our total liability for any claim about an order is limited to what you paid for that order, and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have by law that can't be waived or limited.

Email us first. Most problems are solved fastest that way.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute goes to the state or federal courts in Texas, except that either of us may use small-claims court where the claim qualifies.

We may update these terms. The version on this page when you place an order applies to that order.
